Full job description**Student Teacher - Flexible Teaching Assistant & HLTA Opportunities**
**Primary Schools | Part-Time | Aspire People**

Are you currently studying towards **QTS** and looking for paid experience in a primary school alongside your studies?

Aspire People are recruiting Student Teachers who want to gain additional classroom experience through **Teaching Assistant, intervention and HLTA-style opportunities**, depending on your experience and the requirements of the school.

This is a fantastic way to put what you’re learning into practice while building your confidence, expanding your school experience, and earning alongside your studies.

**The Role Could Include:**
* Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Delivering small-group interventions
* Providing 1:1 pupil support
* Supporting classroom learning and behaviour
* Assisting with lesson activities and resources
* Taking on additional classroom responsibilities where appropriate
* Supporting pupils with SEND

**We’re Looking For:**
* Students currently completing a Primary Education degree or PGCE leading to QTS
* Experience working with children through placements or employment
* Enthusiastic and professional approach
* Strong communication skills
* Availability that can work around your studies
