This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.
The Commercial Property Solicitor’s Role
*Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
*Handling property acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions
*Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Advising on the granting and taking of leases
*Supporting property development and asset management matters
*Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
*Building and developing strong client relationships
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Contributing to business development, networking and marketing activities
*Developing sector knowledge and contributing to the wider team
The Commercial Property Solicitor
*2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property
*Experience across general commercial property matters
*Strong drafting and analytical skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Commercially minded with a practical approach
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Confident working independently and as part of a team
*Thames Valley connections would be advantageous
