Full job descriptionMichael Page are partnering with a successful business looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
Client Details
Our client is based in Hamble, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
*Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
*Respond to customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
*Prepare sales reports and assist with analysing data.
*Organise and maintain sales-related documentation and files.
*Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.
Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
*Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work well in a team and support multiple stakeholders.
*Experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
Job Offer
*Permanent position with a salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
