Randstad CPE Reading is onboarding aftercare maintenance handymen for immediate starts across local new-build housing sites.
*Job Title: Handyman - Own Tools Needed Multi-Trade Snagging
*Locations: Didcot-OX11
*Pay: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
*Fine-finishing & snagging in new residential flats.
*Touch-up painting, mastic sealing, hinge adjustments, minor drywall/tile fixes.
*Customer-facing maintenance work in completed plots.
Essential Criteria:
*MUST have full set of own hand/power tools.
*Active CSCS Card & valid UK driving licence.
*Friendly, professional attitude in customer-facing environments.
