Full job descriptionOur client based in Warwickshire is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their business. The role is paying between £26,500 - £31,000 and requires 5 days on-site per week. This role would also be suitable for recent finance graduates.
What you’ll do:


*You will process daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and attention to detail.
*You will maintain up-to-date records of all financial activity using accounting software and spreadsheets.
*You will assist with monthly reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers to ensure consistency and reliability.
*You will support the preparation of management accounts by gathering relevant data and compiling reports.
*You will help monitor cash flow by tracking incoming and outgoing funds and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
*You will collaborate closely with other departments to resolve queries related to expenses or payments in a considerate manner.
*You will participate in regular team meetings to share updates on financial processes and contribute ideas for improvement.
*You will gradually take on more analytical responsibilities such as reviewing trends in expenditure and income as your experience grows.
*You will provide administrative support for audits by organising documentation and responding to information requests efficiently.
*You will uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial information, demonstrating trustworthiness at all times.
