This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a specialist team focused on securing the best possible outcomes for clients who have suffered serious injuries. The Personal Injury Paralegal role:
*Supporting solicitors with complex personal injury and clinical negligence matters
*Assisting with case preparation and document management
*Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
*Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
*Liaising with clients, medical professionals, counsel and third parties
*Assisting with litigation and case progression
*Maintaining accurate case files and monitoring deadlines
*Providing high-quality client care throughout the life of each matter
The successful Personal Injury Paralegal:
*Previous paralegal or legal experience preferred
*Interest in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
*Proactive, compassionate and committed approach
*Keen to develop a long-term career within specialist litigation
