Multidisciplinary Consultancy


A Geotechnical Engineer is required to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in the North-East. You will be involved in delivering site investigations projects, geotechnical assessments, slope stability analyses and engineering geology projects.

Geotechnical Engineer - RESPONSIBILITIES
*Planning and delivering ground investigation projects
*Preparing factual and interpretative ground investigation reports
*Carrying out field investigations
*Logging soil and rock samples
*Assisting with slope stability assessments
*Assisting with the preparation of technical reports


Geotechnical Engineer - REQUIREMENTS
*BSc in Geology or a related discipline, with an MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
*Previous experience in undertaking ground investigations
*Ability to interpret site investigation data to produce technical reports
*Strong soil and rock logging skills
*Full UK driving licence as site visits are required
