Key Requirements*Essential UK Experience: Proven, recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school setting, specifically supporting Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6).
*Curriculum Knowledge: Sound understanding of the UK KS2 National Curriculum, with experience helping pupils prepare for SATs and running literacy or numeracy interventions.
*Safeguarding & Vetting: An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new check through Randstad).
*Core Classroom Skills: Strong behaviour management skills, high energy, and the confidence to step into new classroom environments and hit the ground running.
