The team works closely with commercial and operational stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can deliver tangible value. With strong executive support and an expanding AI product portfolio, this is an opportunity to influence how AI is deployed at scale across a complex organisation.The RoleAs a Senior AI Product Owner, you will operate as a domain lead across a portfolio of AI opportunities, working at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, delivery and AI innovation.Responsibilities include:*Identifying and prioritising AI opportunities across commercial functions.
*Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and uncover areas where AI can create value.
*Leading discovery, problem definition and AI use case development.
*Managing a prioritised portfolio of AI initiatives across multiple workstreams.
*Taking solutions from concept and proof of value through to production and adoption.
*Working with AI specialists, engineers and delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
*Defining success metrics, value hypotheses and acceptance criteria.
*Supporting the evaluation and implementation of AI technologies and platforms.
*Driving user testing, feedback collection and continuous improvement.
*Leading adoption planning, including training, communication and process change.
*Monitoring usage, business impact and value realisation post-deployment.
*Ensuring AI solutions align with governance, security, privacy and responsible AI principles.
*Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the AI Centre of Excellence.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a commercial environment.
*Recent experience working with AI or Generative AI products, services or programmes.
*Demonstrated ability to identify, shape and prioritise AI use cases.
*Experience taking AI initiatives beyond experimentation into production environments.
*Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to lead discovery activities and translate business problems into product opportunities.
*Comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
*Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Ability to balance customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility and risk.
*Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations and responsible AI considerations.
What They Offer*Salary of £85,000 - £100,000 depending on experience
