Site and Office based, commutable from Thetford, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Wisbech and surrounding areas.

The Role:
*Overseeing and manage a small team of engineers and contractors
*Deliver Planned and preventative maintenance tasks within agreed timeframes
*On call rota 1 in 3 weeks

The Person:
*Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
*Understanding of Legionella and Asbestos
