Job Description:
Full job descriptionAs a Project Coordinator in the property department, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track by managing schedules, budgets and resources. Based in London, you’ll help ensure the day-to-day running of projects goes smoothly, supporting the team and delivering results efficiently. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

You’ll work for a tech giant who are world renowned and pride themselves on innovation and productivity. You’ll work within a state of the art office space in London amongst a supportive project development team. This is a long term contract, initially for 1 year but should receive multiple extensions.
Description
As the Project Coordinator, you will:
*Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
*Track and control budgets to keep projects within financial limits.
*Allocate and coordinate resources effectively to support project goals.
*Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
*Identify and address potential risks or delays in project delivery.
*Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
*Support the team with administrative and organisational tasks.
*Provide updates to key stakeholders on project progress.
Profile
A successful Project Coordinator, you should have:
*Proven experience in project coordination or management.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Clear and confident communication skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
*Experience in property
