Experienced in residential surveying and looking for a flexible opportunity with a respected industry leader?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-recognised and highly successful surveying practice renowned for its expertise in residential surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Surveyor to join a growing team, working remotely across a fixed geographical area covering Devon and the Plymouth area.
The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with strong administrative and operational support provided, including booked appointments and compliance support.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys, including Level 1 and Level 2 surveys
*Produce accurate survey reports using market-leading technology
*Meet personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
*Manage a fixed geographical work area efficiently
*Attend and participate in regional meetings
*Maintain professional development through ongoing training and industry updates
*Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients
Residential Surveyor Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Residential Surveyor, preferably with AssocRICS status or higher
*Familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reports
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced organisation
*A commitment to delivering high-quality work and professional service
