Key responsibilities:
*Lead and develop your management team.
*Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
*Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.

*Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
*Analyse performance and implement improvements.
*Support recruitment, training, and people development.
About you:
You’ll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager within:
*Restaurants
*Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
*Hospitality
*Food Retail
*Convenience Retail
