Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
A leading water compliance and consultancy company is looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established organisation delivering water safety and compliance services across healthcare, commercial, education and industrial sites.

*Permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
Duties
*Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
*Complete assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
*Produce detailed digital risk assessment reports and practical recommendations.
*Conduct schematic verification and asset validation.
*Identify system deficiencies including dead legs, dead ends, TMVs, infrequently used outlets, poor temperature control and water stagnation.
*Carry out outlet temperature monitoring and photographic surveys where required.
*Liaise professionally with clients, Responsible Persons and site representatives.
*Provide technical advice regarding remedial actions and compliance.
*Work closely with internal teams to support remedial quotations and project delivery.
Essential Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments.
*Recognised Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (City & Guilds, BOHS P901, WMSoc or equivalent).
*Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, Water Regulations and domestic hot and cold water systems.
*Experience producing digital Legionella Risk Assessment reports.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Excellent communication, organisation and report-writing skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
