*Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
*Location: Newton Abbot
*Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 14:00 (35 hours per week)
*Hourly Rate: £12.71
We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to join our team, providing high-quality cleaning services across both domestic and commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a high level of care, as you will be working in people’s homes. A driving license is advantageous as you may be required to drive company vehicles. This position offers a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Perform cleaning tasks based on specified standards across various environments including homes and commercial spaces.
*Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep interiors looking clean and professional.
*Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
*Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
*Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
*Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
*Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Prior cleaning experience in domestic or commercial settings is advantageous.
*Familiarity with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations preferred.
*Strong attention to detail and diligence, especially when working in private homes.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Driving license is advantageous for operating company vehicles.
