Up to £20.00 per hour (PAYE, Inside IR35)

Are you an experienced plumbers mate/semi-skilled labourer looking for your next, immediately available contract role with a respected company.
With decades of experience in delivering mechanical and HVAC solutions, this company works across multiple sectors including healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. Their expertise covers design, installation, and service. On offer is the chance to gain valuable site experience while working as part of a skilled team.
The day-to-day of this role includes assisting qualified plumbers and engineers with installations, preparing materials, handling tools and equipment, and carrying out general labouring tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced plumber’s mate or semi-skilled labourer with prior site experience. Candidates with a proactive, safety-conscious approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are encouraged to apply.

The Role
*As a plumber’s mate, you will support the installation team with day-to-day site duties including preparing materials, handling tools and equipment, and carrying out general labouring tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
*Working across projects in Southampton, Oxted and Hertsmere
*Project length 6 weeks
The Person:
*Has experience as a plumber’s mate or semi-skilled labourer
*Can work effectively as part of a busy installation team
*Has a proactive, safety-conscious approach to work
*Holds a valid CSCS card (preferred)
*Is available for an immediate start
