Role: Year 3 Class Teacher
Aspire People are currently seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to work within a supportive primary school. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire pupils and deliver engaging lessons that encourage children to become confident and independent learners.
The Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
* Teach across the Year 3 curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet individual needs
* Monitor and assess pupil progress
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom
* Work collaboratively with school staff
* Support the wider life of the school
What We’re Looking For
* QTS or relevant teaching experience
* Experience teaching within KS2 is desirable
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and organisation
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude
