Full job descriptionSenior HR Business Partner – Generalist
£400 per day, Inside IR35
Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week
Contract until December 2026
Start: ASAP
This is a broad generalist HR Business Partnering role, supporting the Head of HR and providing senior-level HR advice across the organisation.
The role would suit an experienced HRBP who is comfortable operating at a senior level and providing pragmatic advice across the full range of HR and employee relations matters.
Key areas are likely to include:
*Providing strategic and operational HR advice to senior managers
*Supporting the Head of HR across a range of workforce priorities
*Complex employee relations and people management matters
*Organisational change, restructures and workforce planning
*Performance, absence, conduct and capability
*Advising managers on employment policy and best practice
*Applying employment legislation and ACAS principles
*Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
*Providing commercially aware and pragmatic HR solutions
