Supply Chain & Logistics Team Lead
£40,000 - £50,000 | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | South West London
An exciting opportunity to join a growing FMCG business supplying products into major retailers, online channels and wholesale customers across the UK and internationally.
We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Team Lead to take ownership of inventory management, imports, warehousing and logistics operations. You’ll lead a small team and ensure products are delivered efficiently from a global supplier network into multiple warehouse locations.
Key responsibilities include:
*Stock control and inventory optimisation
*Import/export coordination and customs compliance
*Supplier and freight forwarder management
*Warehouse and logistics performance
*KPI reporting and continuous improvement
*Team leadership and development
Ideal candidates will have experience in FMCG supply chain operations, international logistics, inventory management and importing, alongside strong Excel and ERP system skills.
