We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established and growing technical business based in Derbyshire.
This is a hands-on management role, responsible for leading an established sales team, driving commercial performance and supporting continued business growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
*Leading, coaching and developing a national sales team
*Driving performance against revenue and margin targets
*Managing sales pipelines, KPIs and forecasting
*Supporting key accounts and high-value opportunities
*Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
*Working closely with internal operational teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered
*Improving sales processes, conversion and overall team performance
About You
We are looking for someone with:
*Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership position
*Experience within a technical, industrial or engineering-led environment
*A proven track record of improving sales performance
*Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills
*A hands-on and results-focused approach to leadership
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
