The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join a busy production team. You will be responsible for assembling products to specification, carrying out quality checks, and supporting warehouse activities when required.
Key Responsibilities
*Assemble products in line with specifications and processes
*Carry out testing and quality inspections
*Ensure products meet required standards and tolerances
*Pack finished goods ready for dispatch
*Report any product or production issues
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*Support warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking and packing goods
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
*Experience working to production targets and KPIs
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Basic computer skills and a good command of English
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable, flexible and proactive
