Full job descriptionThis is a very exciting new Associate Director level role within a fast growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund administration, with proven experience managing teams and senior client relationships.
Associate Director, Client ServicesLocation: London
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
About the roleWe are working with a growing, people-first financial services business that is looking for an Associate Director, Client Services to join its team.
The Client Services team is responsible for the company secretarial and administration components of client service delivery across a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate private client structures.
Reporting to the Director, you will take full ownership of client relationships and deliverables, acting as a key point of contact and escalation while overseeing operational activity and workflows.
Key responsibilities*Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations and transactional client service deliverables.
*Take ownership of client relationships, deliverables and operational workflows.
*Oversee and manage a small team, providing clarity around team priorities and organisational goals.
*Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
*Collaborate across jurisdictions to ensure a consistently high level of client service and best industry practice.
*Champion and drive operational development initiatives and business transformation.
*Lead and support the team through organisational and operational change.
*Apply business insight to improve client-specific service provision and support the wider organisation.
*Manage challenging or conflicting situations confidently and discreetly.
*Ensure compliance with applicable information security and data protection policies and procedures.
About youThe successful candidate will have:
*Senior-level experience within a fund administration or fund services environment, ideally operating at Associate Director, Senior Manager, Director or equivalent level.
*Strong experience across Private Equity and/or Real Estate fund administration, with a solid understanding of the structures and services involved.
*Proven experience managing and developing a team, with responsibility for setting priorities, supporting performance and ensuring high-quality client delivery.
*Significant experience managing senior client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders.
*Strong technical knowledge and exposure to UK corporate legislation and regulations.
*An appropriate professional qualification such as CGI, ICSA or equivalent.
*Experience driving operational improvements, business transformation and process enhancements.
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
*The confidence and discretion to manage challenging or conflicting situations effectively.
