Salary: £45,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
An expanding building services company is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join its growing team across Central London. The role involves a mixture of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, electrical installations, and general building services work across commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
*Complete electrical installations, repairs, testing, and fault finding.
*Work on:
*Lighting systems
*Alarm systems
*High and low voltage systems
*Rewiring projects
*AHUs and FCUs
*Power installations
*EICR testing

*Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
*Undertake light plumbing and general building maintenance tasks.
*Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
*Participate in a call-out rota.
*Complete reports and maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
*Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
*17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
*Completed Electrical Apprenticeship.
*Experience in both PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
*Ability to undertake basic plumbing and/or AC maintenance tasks.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
*Mechanical/HVAC knowledge.
*Air Conditioning and F-Gas experience.

Ideal Candidate
