An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Commercial Analytics to join a high-growth, data-led business in London.
This is a senior role with significant exposure across the wider organisation, working closely with leadership teams to use data and insight to support commercial strategy and decision-making.
The RoleYou’ll lead and shape the commercial analytics agenda, helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities and make better, data-driven decisions.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Leading commercial analytics across key areas of the business
*Using data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to solve complex commercial problems
*Developing clear, actionable insight from large and varied datasets
*Supporting strategic planning and decision-making
*Improving analytical approaches, processes and ways of working
*Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
*Balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to analysis
About YouWe’re looking for an experienced analytics leader who can combine strong technical ability with commercial judgement.
You’ll ideally have:
*Significant experience in commercial, customer, strategy or product analytics
*Excellent SQL and Python skills
*A strong academic background, ideally within a STEM discipline
*Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*The ability to simplify complex problems and communicate insights clearly
*A pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to operate in a fast-moving environment
