The Opportunity
You’ll initially join as a Paraplanner, working closely with experienced advisers and gaining exposure to all aspects of the financial planning process before transitioning into an advisory position.
The business manages approximately £200 million of client assets and continues to grow significantly year-on-year, providing excellent opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career.

About You
This role would suit an ambitious Paraplanner who is eager to move into a client-facing position and build a successful career as a Financial Adviser.
Ideally, you’ll have:
*At least 12 months’ experience in a Paraplanning role
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
*Good technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A professional and client-focused approach
*The confidence and ambition to progress into an advisory role
*A desire to continue learning and developing within financial planning
Salary & Benefits
*£40,000 - £45,000 basic salary
