Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for a fully remote or Hybrid opportunity with a highly regarded boutique wealth management firm?
We are working with a well-established and growing financial planning business that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality financial advice and exceptional client service. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to provide dedicated support to an experienced Financial Planner, playing a key role in delivering a seamless client experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved throughout the entire client journey and is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team that values professional development and long-term career progression.
The Role
Working closely with one Financial Planner, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across all aspects of the financial planning process, ensuring clients receive a first-class service from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing reviews.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing full administrative support throughout the financial planning process
*Managing adviser diaries and coordinating client meetings
*Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation
*Processing new business applications through to completion
*Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority (LOAs)
*Liaising with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
*Preparing and checking application paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
*Updating and maintaining CRM and workflow management systems
*Monitoring pipelines and proactively updating advisers and clients on case progress
*Delivering an exceptional client experience through professional and timely communication
*Tracking client fees and carrying out fee reconciliation activities
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience working within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Independent Financial Advice environment and be comfortable managing multiple cases while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You’ll Ideally Have:
*Previous Financial Planning Administrator experience
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products
*A good understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process
*Experience processing new business from enquiry through to implementation
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a remote environment
*Level 4 Diploma qualification (desirable but not essential)
