We are looking for an experienced, committed and effective Administrator and Attendance Officer to join our client’s friendly, diverse and successful school.


The role is full time during school term Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:
School Administration
*Provide efficient administrative support across various school functions
*Manage phone calls, correspondence and school databases
*Assist with school events and activities
Attendance Monitoring
*Accurately record and monitor student attendance using SIMS
*Identify and address attendance concerns, working closely with students, parents and staff
*Implement strategies to improve attendance rates

What You’ll Need:
Essential
*Proven experience as a School Administrator or in a similar role
*Proficiency with SIMS (School Information Management System)
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
*Right to work in the UK is essential
*An enhanced DBS on the update service
*2 recent and relevant reference
Desirable
*Knowledge of attendance regulations and best practices
*Experience working with children and families
*A proactive and problem-solving approach
