Full job descriptionWe have a great opportunity for a full-time Mobile cleaning supervisor to join our team in Ellesmere Port
Location: CH65 0BA
Hours: Flexible, between 5am-8pm depending on business needs, plus participation in an on-call rota for emergency calls only.
Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE
Job type: TEMP, initially till 31st December
Requirements:
*Full UK driving licence (travel between sites)
*Previous supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Able to work independently and juggle priorities
Core responsibilities:
*Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining service standards
*Planning/adjusting work schedules
*Ordering supplies via the Group Supervisor
*Escalating operational/staffing issues
*Auditing compliance with company standards
*Running monthly Toolbox Talks and one-to-ones with staff (performance, wellbeing, updates)
*Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
*Supporting team training and development
Hands-on daily duties:
*Cleaning surfaces, kitchens, toilets, etc.
*Safely operating/maintaining cleaning equipment
*Waste disposal and recycling
*Restocking hygiene consumables
*Reporting hazards/defects
*Routine inspections
*Responding to customer/operational requests
