Experienced in mortgage advice and looking to join a successful independent practice with a strong lead source?
We’re recruiting for a Protection & Mortgage Advisor to join our client’s independent practice in Essex.
Our clients are whole-of-market providers who offer Mortgage Admin support, providing advisors with a strong platform to focus on delivering tailored advice, converting leads and building lasting client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Advisor looking for a strong commission structure, tiered bonuses and hybrid working.
The Role
As a Protection & Mortgage Advisor, you will:
*Provide tailored mortgage and financial services advice to clients
*Convert leads into written business
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the mortgage process
*Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular customer contact
Protection & Mortgage Advisor requirements:
*CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to convert appointments into successful sign-ups
What’s on Offer?
*Basic salary ranging from £23,000 - £31,000
*Strong commission structure on all banked income
*Tiered annual bonuses
*On Target Earnings of £55,000 - £60,000
*Car allowance
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working Pattern
*Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
*Hybrid working
