Full job descriptionA leading London law firm is seeking motivated Paralegals to join its highly regarded Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters, with the experience counting as Qualifying Work Experience for those qualifying through the SQE route.
The Private Client Paralegal’s Role
*Supporting fee earners with private client matters
*Assisting with Wills, probate, LPAs and trust documentation
*Preparing Court of Protection bundles and documents
*Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
*Managing files, documents and electronic filing
*Handling telephone enquiries and client contact
*Assisting with billing and financial administration
*Supporting the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
*Attending court and conferences where required
The Private Client Paralegal
*Legal qualifications and relevant legal experience
*Knowledge of private client law would be advantageous
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Highly motivated, proactive and professional
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to handle confidential matters sensitively
*Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
*Able to work independently and as part of a team

*£25,000 - £30,000 salary
