The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Register applicants and provide a welcoming experience for customers
*Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers
*Negotiate sales between buyers and vendors
*Progress property sales through to completion
*Generate new business opportunities through canvassing and proactive outreach
*Arrange and support property valuations
*Follow up leads through telephone and face-to-face communication
*Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants and vendors
*Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Previous estate agency experience preferred, although ambitious candidates looking to develop their property career will be considered
*Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients
*Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
*Proactive, positive, and motivated approach
*Good local knowledge would be advantageous
*Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the property industry
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
