We’re recruiting for a Lettings / Property Manager to join a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency in their successful Dereham office.

The Role
As a Lettings / Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Ensure properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
*Conduct property viewings when required
*Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
*Support the tenancy process from enquiry through to move-in
*Provide advice to landlords on property management and current market conditions
*Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio
*Maintain accurate property records and support the office with administrative duties
*Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
Lettings / Property Manager Requirements
*Previous experience within residential lettings and property management
*Strong understanding of tenancy management and current lettings legislation
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Proactive, professional and solution-focused approach
*Confident building relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
