Experienced in residential property sales or lettings? Looking to maximise your earnings with an exceptional commission structure while working in Prime Central London?
We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and established estate agency, offering excellent career progression, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
*Conduct property viewings across Prime Central London
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
*Register and qualify new applicants
*Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
*Keep vendors updated throughout the sales process
*Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to completion
*Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve targets
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
*Previous experience within residential property, ideally in sales, although lettings experience will also be considered
*Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent customer service
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
*Hard-working, self-motivated, and target-driven
*Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team
*Knowledge of the Prime Central London market would be advantageous but is not essential
Working Hours
*Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
*One Saturday per month with a day in lieu
