A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing education recruitment business with exceptional earning potential and genuine scope to progress into a leadership position.
My client is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to work across the Primary, Secondary and SEN education markets.
They are refreshingly open-minded on background. You may already be an Education Recruitment Consultant, an experienced recruiter from another sector, or someone with a strong sales/business development background looking to establish a career within recruitment.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a business where you can genuinely make an impact. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own desk, build relationships with schools and education professionals, and benefit directly from the success you create.
As the business grows, there is real potential for the right person to develop into a senior or leadership role.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Building and developing relationships with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools
*Winning new business and developing existing accounts
*Sourcing, interviewing and managing education professionals
*Matching candidates to temporary and permanent opportunities
*Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
*Building a successful and profitable recruitment desk
*Delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
Previous education recruitment experience would be welcomed, but it isn’t essential.
My client is also keen to speak with:
*Recruiters from other sectors
*Sales and business development professionals
*Ambitious, commercially minded individuals with strong relationship-building skills
You’ll need to be driven, confident, resilient and motivated by success.
