Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner on behalf of a Housing Association covering two sites in the Shipston-on-Stour area. This is an initial 12-week temporary contract providing sickness absence cover, with the potential for extension.
Pay & Hours
*Rate of Pay: £13.92 per hour
*Hours: 25 hours per week
*Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Duties
The role involves cleaning communal areas only across both Housing Association sites, ensuring shared spaces are maintained to a high standard for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities will include:
*Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming communal areas
*Cleaning communal kitchens, hallways, and shared facilities
*Dusting and sanitising surfaces
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
*Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
Requirements
*Previous cleaning experience is desirable
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Reliable and punctual with a good attention to detail
*A Basic DBS check is required for this position
