Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
*Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse staff.
*Ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
*Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control processes.
*Monitoring productivity and implementing continuous improvements.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Coordinating with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
*Managing warehouse budgets and operational costs.
*Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
*Producing operational and performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
*Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
*Strong leadership and people management skills.
*Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
*Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive approach to improving efficiency and performance.
*Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.
