£180 per day PAYE
Temporary Contract until December 2026

Are you an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys managing complex employee relations cases and providing practical, people-focused HR support?We’re working with a large, purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation seeking an HR professional to join their team on an interim basis until December. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact within an organisation committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities it serves.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the organisation
Supporting organisational change and HR projects where required
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About You
Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
Available to start at short notice
