Location: Mansfield
Rate: £41.25 per hour umbrella PAYE
Start: Ideally 1st September Interviews: Available tomorrow or Friday
Essential
*Project Manager / Construction Manager background
*Strong M&E experience
*Client/customer-facing experience
*DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)
*Black CSCS Card
*SMSTS
Desirable
*Healthcare project experience (preferred but not essential)
*Exposure to design coordination and drawings
*Small works/project delivery experience within live environments

*Small works programme
*Candidate must be comfortable working in a live healthcare environment and liaising with stakeholders.
