Salary: Competitive, in line with scaleHays Education is seeking an Experienced Learning Manager to join a large, well-established academy in Barnsley. .
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the learning and development programmes.
*Collaborate with an established team to enhance educational outcomes.
*Implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development.
*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Learning Manager or similar role.
*Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
*Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
What We Offer:
*A day rate of up to £150 per day in addition to holiday pay.
