Description
*Prepare and manage service charge budgets and accounts.
*Reconcile service charge accounts and investigate discrepancies.
*Handle queries related to service charges from stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Collaborate with property managers to maintain accurate financial data.
*Produce regular financial reports for internal and external use.
*Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
*Support the wider accounting team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:
