*Job Type: Part-time (30 hours per week)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transport Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and operation of a busy passenger transport service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to make a significant impact in ensuring efficient transport operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the operation of passenger transport services during peak periods, acting as a key point of contact for service users, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
*Respond to routine enquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
*Assist with the coordination of transport for organisational events and activities, maintaining signage, notices, and operational information.
*Manage lost property and liaise with support personnel to address operational concerns.
*Maintain accurate transport records, process enquiries, and support booking requests across the organisation.
*Coordinate vehicle bookings, arrange servicing, MOTs, and maintain vehicle documentation.
*Ensure compliance with transport regulations, maintain driver records, and prepare documentation for audits.
*Process transport-related invoices, maintain expenditure records, and assist with financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous administrative experience in transport, logistics, fleet, operations, or customer service.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
*Confident and professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
*Experience in passenger transport operations.
*Knowledge of route planning, scheduling, or resource allocation.
*Fleet administration experience.
*Familiarity with compliance and audit support processes.
