Location: Coventry CV3 - office based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00-4.30pm
About the Role
Reed’s client is seeking a proactive and organised Parts, Stores & Stock Administrator to join their busy operations team. This role is key to ensuring stock is effectively managed and readily available to support production schedules.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organisation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and maintain stock control processes to support production requirements.
*Allocate parts in line with company procedures.
*Liaise with technicians and provide updates on parts availability and delivery times.
*Carry out regular stock checks and inventory audits.
*Monitor inventory levels and raise any issues where appropriate.
*Maintain a clean, organised and safe stores environment.
*Ensure all working practices comply with company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
*Support the wider team with general stores and administrative duties as required.
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience working within a warehouse, stores or stock control environment.
*Experience conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory records.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A positive and professional attitude towards work.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Essential Skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Understanding of stock management processes.
*Knowledge of QHSE regulations and safe working practices.
*Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
