The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to grow sales, increase market share, and develop strong relationships across a project-led construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
*Build and manage a strong pipeline of specification, project and customer opportunities.
*Identify and secure new business while developing existing accounts.
*Influence specifications through engagement with architects, consultants and key project stakeholders.
*Deliver technical presentations and educational CPD sessions.
*Provide product advice and support customers throughout the sales process.
*Prepare and follow up quotations, ensuring opportunities are effectively converted.
*Work closely with internal teams including technical, operations, marketing and customer service.
*Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and CRM records.
*Travel throughout the region to support customers and project activity.
About You
*Proven success in field sales, specification sales or business development within construction, fenestration or technical products.
*Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
*Comfortable discussing technical solutions with customers and specifiers.
*Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
*Highly organised, self-motivated and target driven.
*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
