Location: Whitstable, Kent
Salary: Negotiable DOE
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance to lead the finance function within a growing FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
*Produce management accounts and board reports
*Manage cash flow, compliance and audit processes
*Provide commercial insight to drive business performance
*Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements:
*CIMA or ACCA qualified
*FMCG experience essential
*Strong management accounts experience
*Previous team leadership experience
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
