Full job descriptionSenior Customer AnalystUp to £50,000 | London | Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join a customer-focused analytics team, using data and advanced analytical techniques to influence decision-making across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Analysing large and complex datasets to generate actionable customer insights
*Building data marts and analytical models
*Using statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression and clustering
*Presenting findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influencing data-driven decisions
*Working collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for optimisation
About you:
*3+ years’ experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation
*Strong SQL and experience with Python and/or R
*Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*A curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £50,000
