ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Commercial Gas Engineer, you will:
*Repair, maintain, and service commercial boilers, plant rooms, and building plant systems.
*Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics to ensure the efficient operation of commercial gas systems.
*Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality services to council properties and facilities.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
*Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Participate in overtime opportunities as required to meet project deadlines and client needs.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
*Valid commercial gas tickets (essential).
*Ideally, an NVQ qualification or a strong engineering background.
*Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial boilers, plant rooms, and building plant systems.
*A proactive and mission-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
*A full UK driving license.
Day-to-DayYour typical day will involve:
*Traveling to various sites across Hertfordshire and North East London to carry out maintenance and repair tasks.
*Diagnosing and resolving issues with commercial gas systems to ensure optimal performance.
*Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
*Keeping detailed records of work completed and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
*Engaging with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
