Salary: £27,000 - £28.500
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Day shifts - No Weekends!
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join an established organisation. You will support the efficient running of warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of stock control and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
*Receiving and booking in deliveries.
*Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
*Maintaining accurate stock records and product identification.
*Ensuring stock is stored correctly and traceability is maintained.
*Supporting stock takes and inventory checks.
*Replenishing stock to support operational requirements.
*Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
*Following company procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
*Assisting with returns, quarantine processes and general warehouse activities as required.
About You
*Valid Forklift Licence desirable
*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Good organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Proactive and reliable approach to work.
