We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Plymouth, Devon.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting children or vulnerable adults and offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference to pupils with additional educational needs.
The Role:
*Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
*Delivering tailored learning support on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
*Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
*Promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous SEN experience is advantageous.
*Background in education, care, support work, or youth services.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*Flexible, reliable, and committed.
