About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Registry Administrator to support the successful delivery of a University’s graduation ceremonies and awards processes.
This is a varied role where you will play a key part in coordinating annual graduation events for approximately 3,500 students and their guests, while also overseeing certificate and transcript production. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will help ensure every student receives an outstanding graduation experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate the planning and delivery of graduation ceremonies and related events.
*Liaise with external suppliers, including gown providers, photographers and event contractors.
*Manage graduation communications for students, staff and guests.
*Support ticketing, seating allocations and event logistics.
*Assist with the production and quality checking of certificates and transcripts.
*Respond to and resolve certification and graduation-related enquiries.
*Prepare reports and analyse data to support operational decision-making.
*Identify and implement process improvements within the Awards & Ceremonies function.
*Ensure compliance with University policies, GDPR and relevant regulations.
About You

*Experience in event coordination, administration or customer-focused environments.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
*The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
*A collaborative and professional approach to working with a wide range of stakeholders.
