Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus rotational Saturday working.
Sales Executive Opportunity
Our client is a growing retailer within the automotive and lifestyle sector and is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Dudley.

Key Responsibilities
*Handle sales enquiries via telephone, email and showroom visits.
*Proactively generate new business and follow up on leads.
*Build strong relationships with customers and local organisations.
*Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
*Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
*Support showroom presentation and customer experience.
*Assist with customer bookings and coordination.
*Promote products and services through outreach and business development activity.
About You
*Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, retail sales or account management.
*Confident making outbound calls and identifying new opportunities.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient.
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
*Experience working to sales targets and KPIs.
*CRM/database experience.
*Automotive or vehicle-related knowledge.
